MAS members are registered users of the Site authorized to transact

gather broad demographic information. MAS
collects additional information from its Members including the name and address
of the Member and other information requested on the Site's Member
Registration Form and Song Submission Form.
This information is collected in order to track and report to the Member
personalized information such as voting history and accumulated sweepstakes
entries.
What
organization is collecting the information? MAS collects and securely
stores the information submitted by Members in its Member Profile database.
Our third party service vendors who provide such services as email,
credit and financing, packing and shipping, may collect other information from
our users and Members. We do not
control how these third parties use such information; however, we do require
them to disclose to you how they use personal information provided to them from
users or Members of our Site.
How
the information is used?
We use personal information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service
offerings to you, to track voting history and progress of Member Submissions,
Member Reviews and Contest results. We
will email you about the Site, about research, purchase and selling
opportunities on the Site or related to the subject matter of the Site.
We also use personal information to contact you in response to specific
inquiries you have made to us, or to provide you with specific information and
services you have requested or agreed to be notified about.
With
whom the information may be shared?
We may share aggregated information about our users, including the
demographics of our users and Members with our Directors, Members, Agencies and
third party vendors. We will only share personal information about you with
third parties if you have permitted us to do so.
What
choices are available to users regarding collection, use and distribution of the
information? When registering to our site, you have an option to
"Opt-in" to receive information related to third-party products.
You may cancel your Opt-in option (i.e. "Opt-out") at any time
through your personalized "My Start Page" on the Site.
Are Cookies Used on the
Site? This Site uses "cookies",
small files with alpha-numeric identifiers stored on your computer's hard
drive at the start of each session which expire at the end of each session
(unless you ask us to remember your login information, in which case the cookie
remains for one (1) year), which our system uses to recognize your browser and
offer you more advanced features, and which are used to track your member
status. You may configure your

Doing so, may affect your personalized on-line experience on MAS and you
may not be able to take advantage of some of the Site's features.

We also collect IP addresses for system administration and to report
aggregate information to our sponsors and advertisers.
Is
Submission of Personal Information Optional? Users are not required to submit personal information to use the Site.
However, there are portions of the Site limited to Members only.
Only Members may enter into transactions on the Site, including,
Submission of Songs and Voting. Submission
of personal information is required to become a Member.
With whom do we share your information?
MAS
does not sell or trade your personally identifiable information to others.
However, we may share aggregate information about our users and members
with our partners, sponsors, and other third parties.
Disclosure
of personal information to comply with law. We
will disclose personal information in order to comply with a Court Order or
subpoena, or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information.
Can
a user delete or deactivate personal information collected by the Site?
We provide users with a mechanism to delete/deactivate personal information from
the site's database upon request by contacting customerservice@MakeaStar.com.
However, because of backups, and records of deletions, it may be
impossible to delete a user's entry without some residual information.
What
happens if the Privacy Policy Changes? We will let our users and Members know about changes to our privacy
practices by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing the
policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of your personal information,
which you have previously asked not to be disclosed, we will contact you to
notify you of the change and allow you to prevent such disclosure.

Site is not directed at children. Members
are required to be fourteen years or older.
